Make a list of common household things you buy, particularly in large quantities. Search for these specific items rather than browsing and being tempted by all sorts of other neat things.
2) Make sure you have room for them. You may be able to get a great price if you buy a large quantity of something, but make sure you have the room to store all of them. Buying 10 cases of toilet paper may get you a great price, but if you don't have anywhere to put it, you're going to be annoyed by your purchase.
